- All University System of Georgia (USG) institutions will move to Workday as the next financials and human capital management (HCM) system.
- A unified student information system (SIS) will be selected at a future date.
- The go-live target dates for HCM and financials are scheduled for January 2028 and July 2028, respectively.
- USG plans to select and announce an implementation partner by the end of FY25.

- The project will enhance the experience for students, faculty, and staff, streamline core business processes, and unify our technology into a single Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
