Deadline for Submitting Scores, PRPs, and PIPs
The deadline for submitting all faculty performance review scores (annual evaluations, post-tenure reviews, and review of administrators) and fully approved Performance Remediation Plans (PRPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) is Friday, May 2, 2025.
Fully approved Performance Remediation Plans (PRP) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) must be submitted to the Office of Faculty Affairs using this form. Faculty Annual Evaluation scores must be submitted via this process. We recommend that colleges set an internal deadline for department heads to submit scores to allow time for internal review before the Office of Faculty Affairs review begins on May 2.
