The UGA Financial Management System (FMS) will be upgraded Friday, Nov. 11 – Monday, Nov. 14.
Financial Management System users should expect downtime from 5:00 pm on Friday, November 11, to 7:00 am on Monday, November 14 while updates are applied. Please refer to status.uga.edu during the upgrade for timely updates.
Key Changes and Enhancements:
Some pages will receive minor changes to the appearance of some buttons and color schemes. More details on system changes will be posted here.
After the Upgrade:
To ensure a smooth transition after the upgrade, be sure to clear your browser’s cache. You may experience slightly longer load times for various pages the day after the upgrade. The Known Issues page will remain up to date during this transition and our Service Desk is available to assist with any questions.
