Who is Collegiate Project Services?

Collegiate Project Services (CPS) specializes in helping higher education institutions with technology and organizational planning. CPS provides their clients with successful strategies for evaluating and selecting technology options as well as effectively scoping, planning, budgeting, and managing technology projects. CPS is unique in their ability to complement their technology planning services with a powerful portfolio of organizational planning and development services.

Collegiate Project Services is a vendor-neutral consulting firm that represents only the interests of its higher education clients, and has done so for more than 140 institutions in the last 25 years. Collegiate Project Services is based in Columbia, South Carolina, with consultants located across the United States. Sample clients include the University of Tennessee system, the Tennessee Board of Regents, the University of Nebraska system, the Georgia Board of Regents, the University of Cincinnati, Louisiana State University, the University of Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, Brown University, Georgia State University, and many others.

CPS is dedicated to helping higher education institutions prepare for and manage their most critical technology projects, and CPS looks forward to having the opportunity to continue working with the University of Georgia (UGA). Collegiate Project Services helped UGA assess options and institutional readiness to transition to a new Student and Financial Aid system. CPS will leverage a similar methodology to complete the administrative information systems assessment for UGA, while dedicating appropriate subject matter expertise for functional, technical, and organizational analysis.
