CPS is dedicated to helping higher education institutions prepare for and manage their most critical technology projects, and CPS looks forward to having the opportunity to continue working with the University of Georgia (UGA). Collegiate Project Services helped UGA assess options and institutional readiness to transition to a new Student and Financial Aid system. CPS will leverage a similar methodology to complete the administrative information systems assessment for UGA, while dedicating appropriate subject matter expertise for functional, technical, and organizational analysis.
