What you can expect if invited to a technology preview demonstration

As UGA embarks on a project to assess requirements and readiness for future finance and human resources administrative information systems, a first step will be to better understand the available solutions in the marketplace. Six unique technology preview sessions will provide high-level overviews of available administrative systems and their capabilities.

These sessions are designed to help UGA functional and technical personnel develop a broader understanding of the features and technology that is available in administrative systems. These sessions will not be used to select a particular solution or offering and are solely for our educational benefit to allow UGA to articulate its functional and technical requirements for future systems.

Each session will be two hours in length, followed by a 30-minute question and answer period. Your participation in these sessions will greatly assist the administrative computing focus group discussions to be held in the coming weeks.

The six technology preview sessions will all be held in the George Hall Auditorium, located on the UGA Health Sciences Campus.
