The UGA Budget Management System will be upgraded beginning Thursday, Oct. 27 – Monday, Oct. 31.
Budget Management System users should expect downtime from Thursday, Oct. 27 at 5:00 p.m. – Monday, Oct. 31 at 7:00 a.m. while updates are applied. Please refer to status.uga.edu during the upgrade for timely updates.
Key Changes and Enhancements:
Users may notice changes to the appearance of colors and logos in the system, however; no changes to the functionality are expected.
After the Upgrade:
To ensure a smooth transition after the upgrade, be sure to clear your browser’s cache. You may experience slightly longer load times for various pages the day after the upgrade. The Known Issues page will remain up-to-date during this transition and our Service Desk is available to assist with any questions.
