This role is designed for unit research administrators who have moderate to advanced-level knowledge and experience and are seeking greater authority and oversight in the proposal preparation and submission process.

Certified Research Terms & Conditions (RTC)
The Certified RTC Practitioner is a unit research administrator user role within the Grants Portal, pre award system. This role is designed for unit research administrators who have moderate to advanced-level knowledge and experience and are seeking greater authority and oversight in the award management processes.
Gain authority to process pending awards, 90-day pre award spending, one time no cost extensions up to 12-months, budget revisions, and expedited residual balances on fixed price projects.
