Departmental Mapping Workshops

Overview:

As discussed at the Departmental Chart of Accounts meeting in early June, any chart of account revisions to your original submission will be due October 16th.   Since our meetings back in June, we have identified additional chart related information needed from each of you for conversion and budget structure purposes.

In order to help schools, colleges and units gather this information, the OneSource team is inviting you to attend a workshop so that we may work with you as you finalize your Department IDs, legacy account mappings, and budgetary departmental structure. 

Please plan to attend the workshop in which you were invited at the Georgia Center’s Masters Hall. We invite you and as many as three additional people from your unit to attend this workshop.  Please be in attendance at the start of the session, as important instructions and issues will be first on the agenda.
