Overview: 

This page will provide information on the integration of the UGAmart and UGA Financial Management System.

Highlights:

• Entering ChartField Values (Awareness/Training) Issue
  • Users need to search and select values for each field to ensure the correct chartstring combination is validated for use in UGAmart.
  • Manually entering values could lead to incorrect chartstrings and impact multiple downstream processes like UGAmart workflow approvals, Financial Management System encumbrances, and related payments.
  • If a user chooses to enter values directly into a UGAmart chartfield, the “recalculate / validate values” option must be clicked before saving any edits.
