OneUSG Time & Absence Changes


The process to submit time, approve time, and request absences will be changing soon as USG transitions to the new “Fluid” interface in OneUSG Connect with version 6.22 release on April 11, 2021. Below you can find information to help you through each of the changes!

In addition to the materials below, a Weekly Status Call breakout session was held on 4/1/2021 covering the changes to time and absence coming with the 6.22 release. A recording of this breakout session can be found here. Office hours were held on 4/14 and that recording can be found here.

Requesting Leave

Requesting leave is now done via the

Request Absence tile.

Viewing request history is now done via the

View Absence Request tile.

Canceling Your Leave Request Use the Cancel Request tile to cancel or start editing a request. Link Tutorial

Understanding the Weekly Timesheet Only shows reported time now and does not allow toggle between punch and elapsed timesheets. Link  N/A
Payable Time Summary No longer on the timesheet. Use the Payable Time tile to view. Link Tutorial
Entering Time via Web Clock Use the Report Time tile, which shows last action taken. Link Tutorial
Entering Time via Pay from Schedule

Only for Elapsed Timesheet employees,

now done on the Weekly Timesheet - Fluid tile.
