- BUSINESS-ADMIN: Designed to reach Financial and HR leadership at UGA. How to subscribe: Includes all OFA Liasions, BAAF-L, and BSAG members by default. Current Subscribers
(Business and HR Leadership) may request additional employees be added by emailing
onesource@uga.edu.
- BUSINESS-MEMOS: Designed to reach any UGA employee that utilizes Financial or HR systems in their
professional duties. How to subscribe: There are three ways employees can become subscribed to the Business-Memos listserv:
- UGA faculty, staff and students who are not subscribed in one of the following two
ways may request to join the BUSINESS-MEMOS listserv by sending an email request.
- Recipients will be automatically subscribed based on specific job codes in OneUSG Connect. This change has been enabled by the transition to OneUSG Connect
and will allow the listserv to be updated more frequently with a higher degree of
accuracy.
- The listserv includes the following “sublist” listservs to streamline communications.
Membership to one of these “sublists” automatically enrolls employees to the BUSINESS-MEMOS
listserv. Members to at least one of these listservs do not need to request to join
the BUSINESS-MEMOS listserv. If you are a member of one or more of these lists and
you want to unsubscribe from the BUSINESS-MEMOS listserv, you must unsubscribe from
all other lists outlined below.

- HRLIAISONS: Designed to reach HR Liaisons in each school, college or unit. There is often one individual per unit on this list.
This individual is expected to disseminate applicable updates across his/her unit.
How to subscribe: This list is automatically maintained centrally. If your HR Liaison has changed,
please let us know by clicking here.
- ONESOURCE-MEMOS: This listserv is not used for any recurring function. Instead, it is used for ad
hoc messaging, so the recipients change based on the message. How to subscribe: N/A.
- UGACBO-L: Designed to reach Chief Business Officers (CBOs) in each school, college or unit.By design, there is only be one individual
per unit on this list. This individual is expected to disseminate applicable updates
across his/her unit. How to subscribe: This list is automatically maintained centrally. If your HR Liaison has changed,
