Human Capital Management: HR Reports To

Overview:

Reports-To data is maintained in UGAJobs and indicates the reporting relationships between positions. Reports-To data from UGAJobs is used in OneUSG Connect (the new HR/Payroll system) and the UGA Financial Management System.  

UGAJobs and OneUSG Connect use this data for transactional workflow.  UGA Financial Management System also uses the data for workflow on travel items so they are routed to the correct supervisor.

Since Reports-To data drives workflow in these systems, it is crucial for units to keep this data current in UGAJobs.
