Overview:

Over the past several months, there have been several OneSource team changes.

First, thanks to Blake Waldrop for his work on the project as the Budgets lead and to Penny Benton for the time she served as the End User Advisory Lead on the ILT.  We are thrilled that they will stay engaged with the project as they continue with their work at the Law School and SPIA.

The updated project organization chart is available at  OneSource Project Organization; it includes the following staffing changes:

  • Kathy Hines, Administrative Financial Director at Facilities Management Division joined the project as a member of the ILT and the new End User Advisory Lead.
  • Gahlia Farzat, EITS Project Manager, joined the Project Management Team on a part-time basis; she manages the weekly status reports and assists with management tasks as well as key system integrations.
  • Clayton Wilcox, Director Capital Budgets, who has been serving as the Capital Projects/Project Costing lead, has transitioned to also serve as the Budgets Lead.
  • Jonathan Wentworth, a senior budget analyst in the Budget Division, joined the project to work on the Budgets Team.
  • Chris Allinger joined the HCM team leading the Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) initiatives. Chris transferred from University Dining Services where he served as a retail Dining Manager.

  • Michelle Flippo Bolduc joined the Change Management Team as the Training Lead. She has experience in adult education and learning in a higher ed environment.
  • Melissa Prigge joins the project in October as the new Testing Lead on the Technical Team.  Sandra Turcotte, who has been serving as Testing Lead will begin her transition to manage the mainframe “Keep the Trains Running - KTR” Team as Gary Fitzgerald prepares for his retirement in June 2018.
  • Kenneth Little will be taking the responsibilities of Reporting Lead on the Technical Team.  Debby Banks will continue to work on the Reporting Team.

We welcome these individuals to the project and look forward to working with each of them.

In closing, the Project Leadership Team moved to name Sharon Logan and Holley Schramski permanently to the Finance Lead and Project Director positions for the remainder of the OneSource Project.  Sharon Logan and Holley Schramski were serving in interims roles in these positions since June 2017.
