Upcoming Systems Upgrades, Availability and Decommissioning Schedule

The OneUSG Connect System will have two periods of downtime in June 2019:

1) 5 p.m. Friday, June 7 until 7 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, and

2) 5 p.m. Friday, June 21 until 7 a.m. Monday, June 24.

This downtime is needed to allow Augusta University to transition onto OneUSG Connect and for OneUSG Connect to implement upgrades.  For more information on these downtimes, visit the OneSource website or email oneusgsupport@uga.edu.

UGA’s Budget and Financial Management Systems will be unavailable for planned upgrades in May 2019:

1) Financial Management System will be unavailable starting 5 p.m. Friday, May 17 until 7 a.m. Monday, May 20.

2) Budget Management System will be unavailable starting 7 p.m. Friday, May 31 until Saturday, June 1. 

The Financial Management System will implement enhancements to existing functionality and fixes to software bugs. Both the Budget Management and Financial Management databases will be upgraded to Oracle 18c. As we approach these weekends, we will update status.uga.edu with specific information.  

Legacy UGA Employee Self-Service Site (employee.uga.edu) will be retired and will become inaccessible on June 30, 2019.  If employees wish to keep copies of pre-2019 paystubs or W2s for your records, please take action to download them from employee.uga.edu before June 30, 2019.  For more information, please visit the System Changes Resource page on the OneSource website.
