Monday, January 9, 2017

The town hall has been archived at:  OneSource Feb 2 Town Hall Recording.
The town hall presentation is available at:  OneSource Feb 2 Town Hall Presentation

The UGA community has embarked on a comprehensive business transformation project to adopt leading business practices, align our systems with those used by the University System of Georgia, and utilize a new finance and human resources administration system that is integrated, efficient, modern, and supports data-driven decision making.

UGA’s OneSource Project is a multi-year project that will engage faculty and staff from every college, school, and unit at the University.

To advise the University community of recent activities related to UGA’s OneSource Project, a town hall is planned for February 2 at 10:00 a.m. in the Georgia Center’s Mahler Hall.

The town hall has been archived at:  OneSource Feb 2 Town Hall Recording.

All UGA faculty and staff are invited to this town hall.

If you would like to attend the town hall, either in person or online, an RSVP is requested, but not required, by visiting: http://bit.ly/FebTH.

At the town hall, the UGA community will receive information about timelines and recent planning activities and will learn about opportunities for faculty and staff to participate in future project activities.

Over the multi-year course of UGA’s OneSource Project, all faculty and staff will see some changes in the areas of finance and human resources processes and technology. We encourage faculty and staff to learn more about UGA’s OneSource Project at the town hall and by visiting onesource.uga.edu.

Please feel free to contact the OneSource Project team at onesource@uga.edu if you have any questions or if you would like to submit any suggestions or recommendations. We appreciate your input and know it will benefit this project.
