OneUSG Connect - Important Things to Know

On December 16, 2018, the University of Georgia began using the OneUSG Connect system as our new human resources and payroll system. As the University begins processing payroll for the first time with this new system, we are sharing several recommended steps to help ease the transition for you.

  • You should review the Faculty and Staff Guide, which includes helpful resources and tips to help you use the new system.

You will receive an email in the coming days with additional information to help further support you during this transition.

  • Staff who are paid bi-weekly will receive an email on January 3.
  • Faculty and staff who are paid monthly will receive an email on January 10. 

Leave balances (vacation, sick, etc.) will continue to be updated throughout the month of January. For bi-weekly employees, individual leave balances will be accurate as of January 4th. For monthly employees, individual leave balances will be accurate as of January 31st. If you have questions about your leave balances, please discuss with the leave coordinator for your Unit.
