The OneSource Project Introduces Office Hour Sessions

Tuesday, November 13, the OneSource project will begin a series of "office hour” sessions for the Financial Management System and Budget Management System users.  These sessions will provide an opportunity for topic/module specific assistance, so we encourage you to take advantage of this experience. 

These office hour sessions will be two hours in length, and one to three topics/modules will be offered each week.  The sessions will be at Training and Development, Computer Lab K.  Please register through Training and Development to ensure adequate space is available.

December 3 – Budget Management System, 1:30-3:30
December 4 – Asset Management, 10:00-12:00
December 4 – Grants Management, 2:00-4:00
December 11 – Project Costing, 1:30-3:30
December 12 – General Ledger, 1:30-3:30
December 18 – Accounts Receivable & Billing, 1:30-3:30
December 20 – Cash Management (TouchNet), 9:00-11:00
January 9 – Purchasing, 10:00-12:00
January 10 – Accounts Payable/Travel & Expenses, 9:00-11:00
January 14 – Budget Management System, 1:30-3:30
January 16 – Asset Management, 8:30-10:30
January 22 – Grants Management, 1:30-3:30
January 23 – General Ledger, 8:30-10:30
January 29 – Accounts Receivable & Billing, 1:30-3:30
January 30 – Project Costing, 1:30-3:30
