Budget Management System (Hyperion) was decommissioned on Aug. 30, 2024: The Budget Management System (Hyperion)  was decommissioned on August 30 to pave the way for the implementation of the new Budget Management and Planning System, powered by the Anaplan software. Various units across UGA have been involved in the initial design and testing of the new system over the past few months and a phased implementation will begin in Fall 2024.

The Anaplan Budget Management & Planning System's functionality will be rolled out in phases. The first will include reports that are used regularly during the fiscal year. Instructions for navigating and running reports will be provided soon. In the interim, new Financial Management System queries are available that will allow users to complete Quarterly Amendment Reviews (QAR) and pull data that would previously have been sourced from the Budget Management System. Note: Now that the Budget Management System is decommissioned, both the system and the reports in Hyperion are unavailable. Data warehouse budget status reports and cubes will remain accessible. New Financial Management System queries are also available (view details).
