Program Timeline Description:
Over the past several years, the USG has conducted a comprehensive assessment and selection process to identify a modern, sustainable solution to replace our current legacy systems, including the Financial Management System and OneUSG Connect. As a result, the USG has selected Workday, a leading cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, to serve as the system-wide solution for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials. We are now entering the implementation phase of this multi-year effort, which will go live in July 2028.

3. Architect and Configure (2026) – Currently underway

5. Deployment (July 2028)
6. Post-implementation support (July 2028 and ongoing)
